Thanks to your steadfast support, we are delighted to share that HicareNet has been officially certified as a Venture Company — a recognition of our technological capability and future growth potential.
This certification is more than a credential. It positions us favorably for the technology assessment required for a future KOSDAQ IPO and unlocks a range of tax benefits and statutory exceptions that allow us to maximize corporate value.
(For reference) Article 16 of the Restriction of Special Taxation Act provides deductions of 100% on the first KRW 30M, 70% on the portion above KRW 30M up to KRW 50M, and 30% on amounts exceeding KRW 50M, capped at 50% of the investor's annual income.
Following our earlier notice, we hereby finalize the details of the paid-in capital increase, reflecting strengthened shareholder protection clauses and the latest operating context.
